About The FOundation
The Hope E. Harrison T18 Foundation is a non-profit organization with the joint mission to increase awareness of Trisomy 18 and to raise funds for scientific research. The foundation is named in honor of Hope E. Harrison, who was born with Trisomy 18 in April 2014. Her parents are Dr. Robert Harrison and Rachel Medoff Harrison. Hope E. and her family and friends celebrated her 3rd birthday in April 2017.
The one-man theatrical event, “Hope-Full: A Reckoning with the Universe” written and performed by Hope E.’s grandfather, award-winning playwright and filmmaker Mark Medoff, will follow the emotional journey Hope E., her family and friends have taken.
A book by the same name will soon be available for purchase. Various fundraising events will be held in Las Cruces, New York, and Los Angeles over the next year.
All proceeds will go to The Hope E. Harrison T18 Foundation.
The Foundation's intent is nothing short of ending the suffering of thousands of families.
